My name is Jennifer Wolfe, but you can call me Jenni. I have been working in the transformation business for nearly 30 years, helping people feel good about themselves from the inside-out.
I say “transformation business” instead of “fitness industry” because it has always been about more than just fitness routines and nutrition plans for me. I am in the business of changing people’s lives and facilitating their personal transformation through the use of Pilates, weight training, dance, nutrition, and coaching.
I take the time to listen to your needs, make specific plans for your goals, and meet you where you’re at every step of the way. When you work with me, you’re healing and expanding not just your physical health; but your spiritual, mental, and emotional health as well. We do holistic transformation together.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in nature, going on long walks, family, hosting parties at our home, learning about holistic healing, and having fun with friends. My journey into the transformation business started when I was a young dancer. I’ve been dancing for over 40 years now, and it has been a way to express myself, help others heal, and learn how crucial it is for our bodies to never stop moving. It was through the love of dance that I realized it was my purpose to help others transform their lives with movement.

With over 20 years of experience teaching Pilates and 15 years of yoga instruction, I am a dedicated fitness professional committed to helping others build strength, balance, and confidence. As a certified personal trainer, I also specialize in spin, TRX, and barre, offering well-rounded, dynamic training programs for all fitness levels.
Having personally transformed my own health after once weighing over 200 lbs, I bring empathy, authenticity, and deep passion to everything I do. My mission is to empower others to discover their strength and create sustainable, life-changing habits.
TrainerThis June, I am retiring after 44 years of teaching. The opportunity to work with Jenni and Body and Soul Pilates came at the perfect moment, as most good things do! For most of my life, I struggled with being overweight, carrying not only more than 170 extra pounds but also the emotional weight that came with it.
Three years ago, I discovered Pilates, and it brought a balance to my life that I never expected—strengthening not just my body but also my confidence and peace of mind. Through commitment, setbacks, and perseverance, I ultimately lost over 170 pounds, reclaimed my health, reshaped my future, and turned what began as a personal journey into a joyful and purposeful second career.

I’m especially passionate about helping beginners feel comfortable and successful on the reformer, creating classes that are supportive, empowering, and leave you feeling stronger every time—because I know how powerful it is to not only find Pilates, but to find yourself again.
