After a car wreck and two years of PT and chiropractic care, I reluctantly tried Pilates with Jenni — planning to quit after 3–6 months. Instead, I never left. From day one she listened intently to my injuries, called me evenings and weekends when I struggled, and celebrated every small win. A year later I can lift heavy boxes and do yard work with little discomfort. I have achieved goals with Jenni that I didn't reach with physical therapy. It is inconceivable that I would ever stop.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I arrived 35 lbs overweight at 67, shy of what my body could do. Jenni encouraged me instantly — I was hooked! Now I go 3× a week. I've lost 20 lbs, my core is stronger, my balance and flexibility have improved, I've started dating, and my confidence has skyrocketed. Each class has its own flavor — energizing music, laughter, or soft yoga vibes. Jenni keeps track of every single client while building real community. Pilates with Jenni is my favorite part of each week and a gift I give myself.
My goal was to get fit enough to ski again and lose enough weight for knee surgery. Jenni was up for every challenge. The first year I skied Whistler BC and felt like I'd never stopped. Since then I've managed to lose 80 lbs. Working with Jenni isn't like the big gym — there's laughter and fun, and she always accommodates your limitations while keeping things challenging. I'm feeling better than I have since I retired.
It is amazing how great I feel after just 2 sessions. Hip and lower back pain is nearly gone!! Feels so good to stretch and open up!!

I grew up playing soccer at a collegiate level but hip surgery left me unable to run or lift like I used to. I tried everything — nothing worked. Doing Pilates consistently, my hip pain is completely gone. As an athlete I was skeptical, but it is genuinely challenging. Jenni is incredibly intuitive about proper form and incorporates breath work into every movement. I never dread working out here. I've been taking Pilates with Jenni for over a year and have strengthened my core, which helps my back, while toning my arms and legs with elongated muscles rather than bulk. As we get older it's so important to keep muscle while maintaining flexibility. I highly recommend working with Jenni.
