Weight Loss

My goal was to get fit enough to ski again and lose enough weight for knee surgery. Jenni was up for every challenge. The first year I skied Whistler BC and felt like I'd never stopped. Since then I've managed to lose 80 lbs. Working with Jenni isn't like the big gym — there's laughter and fun, and she always accommodates your limitations while keeping things challenging. I'm feeling better than I have since I retired.

Hip Recovery

I grew up playing soccer at a collegiate level but hip surgery left me unable to run or lift like I used to. I tried everything — nothing worked. Doing Pilates consistently, my hip pain is completely gone. As an athlete I was skeptical, but it is genuinely challenging. Jenni is incredibly intuitive about proper form and incorporates breath work into every movement. I never dread working out here. My husband has noticed the strength I've built, and I feel so long and lean. It's changed my life.
