Terms & Policies

1. Session Duration: Each session is 55 minutes.

2. Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the scheduled session credit.

3. Package Expiration: All packages and memberships have expiration dates that vary depending on the specific plan purchased. Expiration periods range from 1 month to 2 years. It is the client’s responsibility to check and use all credits before they expire. Unused credits will automatically expire at the end of the applicable validity period, and no exceptions will be made.

4. Payment for Regular Sessions: To reserve or maintain a regularly scheduled appointment, an active package or membership with available credits is required.

5. Recurring Memberships: Recurring memberships automatically renew, and the payment method on file will be charged on each billing date. Session credits are added to the client’s account upon successful monthly payment.

6. Membership Cancellation: Month-to-month memberships may be canceled before the next billing date to prevent renewal. Memberships with a fixed commitment term are agreements for the full contract period and cannot be canceled before the end of that term. 7. Membership Credits: Credits issued through a recurring membership are valid only for the applicable billing period and expire at the end of that billing cycle if unused.

8. Failed Payments: If a recurring payment is unsuccessful, additional payment attempts may be made automatically. Membership access and the use of credits may be suspended until payment has been successfully processed.

9. Pricing: Membership pricing may be updated for new or renewing memberships at any time. Any pricing changes will only take effect upon the start of a new membership term or renewal period and will not affect the current active contract.

10. Refund Policy: All purchases, including packages and memberships, are final and non-refundable.

11. Non-Transferability: Session credits, packages, and memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual who purchased them.
